The Lembata District is one of the districts in the Province of East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia - known as the area vulnerable to recurrent multi-disasters, such as drought and strong winds, often causing crop failure. This HEA was conducted by Oxfam GB in Indonesia, to better understand the effects of drought on local livelihoods and what Oxfam or other actors can do to reduce the risks of disaster.
The reference year is October 2006-September 2007.
