The assessment was conducted in the wild palm oil production areas of Bong and Cape Mount County in Liberia. It defines the livelihood system of the rural households in terms of social and economic development opportunities. The assessment investigated:
- household vulnerability to food insecurity;
- impact of the palm oil economy on households' food security and livelihood
- impact on the growth and development of children.
