The FSNAU baseline resource team conducted an update of the old baselines (December 2009 and January 2003) of Togdheer agropastoral (TAP) livelihood zone (LZ) from April to May 2010. The focus of the assessment was to understand the trend and progression of vulnerability over the last 4 seasons (2008 to 2009/10).
